During or after registration, you will be required to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. 4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that activity.

4.3 Account Restrictions

You may hold only one active account with vici99. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, circumvent betting limits, or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and forfeit account balances.

You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your vici99 account to another person. Your account is personal to you and non-transferable.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

vici99 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and major e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction ID or proof of transfer. We do not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds transferred from someone else's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect both you and vici99.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your account has successfully completed KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours during business days, with most requests completed within 6 hours. Gold tier loyalty members receive priority processing with withdrawal times under 6 hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals (over Rp 50,000,000) may require additional verification and could take up to 48 hours to process.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. If you need to withdraw to a different account, you may be required to verify the new payment method by making a small deposit from that account first.

vici99 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose fees on incoming transfers. Currency conversion fees may apply if your bank account uses a different currency than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

vici99 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, even if you decide not to continue playing. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be immediately frozen and reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough requirement) specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.

Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games contribute 10-20%. Sports bets typically contribute 100% if the odds meet minimum requirements (usually 1.50 or higher). Specific contribution percentages will be stated in each bonus's terms.

Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other players to clear wagering requirements artificially, or other fraudulent bonus activity, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses have expiration dates—unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account after the expiration date.

You may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting customer support. Once a bonus is credited to your account and you begin wagering, you accept the terms of that bonus and must complete the wagering requirements before withdrawal.

7. Sports Betting Rules

vici99 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), badminton (All England, Indonesia Open, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup), basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire).

All bets are accepted on the basis that the user has read and agrees to the specific rules governing each sport and bet type. General betting rules are available on our website, and sport-specific rules can be accessed within each betting market.

Bets are confirmed when they appear in your account's betting history. It is your responsibility to verify that your bets have been accepted correctly. If you believe a bet was accepted incorrectly, you must notify customer support immediately—disputes raised after an event has started or finished may not be honored.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by sport, league, and market. These limits may be adjusted at vici99's discretion, especially for live in-play betting where limits may change dynamically based on market conditions.

All bets are settled based on official results as declared by the governing body of the sport in question. Bets on abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's rules. If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets typically remain valid; if postponed beyond 48 hours, bets are usually voided.

vici99 reserves the right to void bets or limit account betting privileges if we suspect fraudulent activity, match-fixing involvement, arbitrage betting across platforms, or use of automated betting tools. We also reserve the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome is already known due to delayed data feeds.

Winnings are credited to your account immediately after bet settlement. If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, you must contact customer support within 7 days of settlement with evidence supporting your claim. Disputes raised after 7 days will not be considered.

8. Casino and Slot Games

9. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

Users of vici99 must conduct themselves in a lawful and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information during registration, using stolen payment methods, creating multiple accounts, identity theft, or any form of fraud.

vici99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs. We will provide advance notice where reasonably possible, but we may suspend services immediately if necessary to protect system security or integrity.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of vici99's services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

When submitting a dispute, please provide as much detail as possible including your account username, the date and time of the issue, transaction IDs or bet IDs where applicable, and a clear description of the problem. Our support team will investigate your claim and respond within 48-72 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by emailing our compliance team. We will conduct a thorough investigation and provide a written response within 10 business days.

Decisions made by vici99's management regarding interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, bet settlement, bonus terms, or account disputes are final and binding. However, if you remain dissatisfied, you may seek independent arbitration or legal recourse under the laws of the jurisdiction specified in Section 13 (Governing Law).

12. Account Suspension and Termination

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If your account remains inactive (no logins or transactions) for 12 consecutive months, we may classify it as dormant and charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 until the account is reactivated or the balance is depleted. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fees are applied.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vici99 holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of vici99's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By using vici99's services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
